Our Children's ministry at Aveleigh includes children ages birth - 5th grade. Nursery care (for birth - 3 years) is provided during church services and most church events. Sunday School classes are available for all ages. There are many special activities for children throughout the year including: a weekly Sunday King’s Kid’s program with puppets and singing (for ages 3 - 5th grade & held on the first floor of the Educational building from 9:45am to 10am); a weekly children's church ministry for children ages 3 - Kindergarten during both services; Catechism class (for 6th & 7th grade); Vacation Bible School; Advent Adventure held during the Advent season; and various other activities. Our Children's Council plans and coordinates the various children's programs.
